Most societies run on a WhatsApp group, a register and one overworked secretary. Dues get chased by hand, payment screenshots pile up, complaints get lost in the scroll, and nobody outside the committee can see where the money went.
This system replaces all of that. Residents pay maintenance by scanning the society UPI QR with the amount already filled in, then record the UTR. The committee approves it against the screenshot and a printable receipt is issued instantly. No payment gateway sits in the middle, so the society pays no transaction fee and the money lands directly in its own account.
Everything else a society argues about — dues history, expenses, complaints, gate passes, polls, notices — has a proper home, an audit trail, and a privacy setting attached to it.
