Real Estate Portal with Lead & Content Management

A public property portal, a full lead-management CRM, and a back office that takes a booking all the way to registration.

Built for The Earth Reality

The problem, and the system

Most real estate businesses run two disconnected things: a website that generates enquiries, and a spreadsheet where those enquiries go to die. The handover between them is where the money leaks.

This is one system. The public portal lists projects, builders and properties with real filters, a map and video walkthroughs. Every enquiry lands directly in the CRM as a lead with a code, an owner and a follow-up date — no export, no re-typing.

When a lead closes, a Back Office file opens on the same record: sale value and balance, the registration workflow, a document checklist, loan and EMI tracking, and a payment ledger with auto-generated receipt numbers. Everything you do there also appears on the lead's existing activity timeline, so there is one history, not two.

Why it works

What Makes This Different

01

One search layer, three surfaces

The JSON API, the AJAX partial and the full listing page all call the same search method — so filters can never disagree with each other or drift apart over time.

02

Leads that never leave the system

Portal enquiries become CRM leads directly, with codes, owners, follow-ups, site visits, inline editing and a complete activity timeline.

03

Back office opens only when it should

The customer file appears once a lead is marked Closed Won — registration stepper, document checklist with expiry and rejection reasons, loan and EMI cards, and a payment ledger.

04

Reminders that fire without you

EMI due, overdue and task reminders run through the notification pipeline both opportunistically and on cron, so nothing depends on somebody being logged in.

Full feature list

Everything Included

Grouped the way the system is actually used — not a marketing checklist.

Public property portal (CMS)

  • Property listing with a desktop filter sidebar and a mobile offcanvas panel
  • Property detail pages with galleries, map and embedded video walkthroughs
  • Builder and project pages with related-project suggestions
  • Search available three ways: full page, AJAX partial, and a JSON API
  • Content pages — about, contact, terms — and a proper 404
  • Mobile-first, with SEO and page-speed handled at the query layer

Lead management (CRM / LMS)

10

  • Follow-ups and scheduled reminders
  • Site visit planning and outcome recording
  • Property-interest tracking against each lead
  • Bulk lead import
  • Team management with assignment
  • Dashboard of clickable stat cards, each opening a real filtered view
  • Reports across pipeline, source and team performance
  • Mobile dashboard with edge-to-edge cards, FAB and bottom navigation

Back office & document management

10
  • Customer file opened automatically when a lead is Closed Won
  • Sale value and outstanding balance summary
  • Registration workflow stepper with full history
  • Document checklist with upload, status, expiry and rejection reason
  • Loan and EMI cards with add and edit
  • Payment ledger with auto-generated receipt numbers
  • Back-office task list with completion tracking
  • EMI and task reminders via cron and the existing notification pipeline
  • Customer search by name, mobile or lead code, plus stage and pending-document filters
  • Generic role-based permissions across every module

Masters & data migration

5
  • Builders, projects and property masters with code prefixes
  • Shared sequence counters for consistent codes across modules
  • Legacy data migration with a dry-run mode before anything is written
  • Self-check SQL to verify a migration landed correctly
  • Application source kept outside the web root — no URL can reach it

Deployed with application code, config and migrations in a private folder outside public_html, so there is no URL that can reach the source or the database credentials.
